Campdraft | Horse Sports | Dog Races & More
The day’s events commence at 7:00am and include Maiden, Novice, Open, Ladies, Junior and Juvenile drafts. Popular sporting events such as the bend, barrel and flag races, along with junior riding classes commence at 1:00pm.
Large and small dog races are also being held on the day, so bring along your canine friend and enjoy some fun.
The annual Vic Robson Memorial Stockman’s Chop, which consists of cantering a horse whilst cracking a stock whip and cutting pieces of paper once again is expected to be highly contested this year. The John Stanton trophy will also be awarded to the child that best displays sportsman and horsemanship on the day.
