For when you want to prioritise joy, this 60% road terrain route makes for a fine choice. Starting with 35kms of slick and fast country paved road all the way to the lunch spot.
Walcha to Kentucky Mix Terrain Loop 89km | 1 Day
The Walcha to Kentucky Mix Terrain ride is a 72% paved ride. So, if you haven’t jumped on the gravel-bike craze just yet you could get away with just about any road worthy bike.
Walcha Road Lunch Mix Terrain XL 108km I 1 Day
This one-day route is the big XL sister of the route of the same name. The XL stands for 18% extra length, 10% increase in gravel ratio, and for the extra fries you can order at the Walcha Road Hotel.
Walcha Gravel Ride 76km | 1 Day
Boasting an impressive 83% gravel, this day ride is sure to cure those paved road mile blues.

The ICONIC Walcha Overnighter! A 63% gravel, suitable for most abilities, overnight ride that has one smaller day and one large day. There is a way to divide the days more equally with a change of camping spot.
Walcha Grand South Tour 387km | 4 Day
If you are looking for something more substantial during your stay in Walcha, this 3 to 5 day bike tour (depending on your speed) is a safe choice. The Walcha Grand South Tour is a gentle tour that gives rewards of beautiful scenery often reserved for the hike-a-bike demonic routes. It is a 100% rideable, 75% gravel country cruise.
