Funded by Arts NSW grant - Sculpture by the Sea (2014) ARTIST - A Sydney based sculptor who grew up in regional NSW. John has also lived and worked in Japan, Italy and the United States. John started out as a painter then turned to sculpture around 1990, finding early on that the boulder, with its varied forms and geological history, was the primary medium for him.
