THE SCULPTURE:
A soft and fleshy form, slumped into itself. Carved squid-suckers reveal themselves at every second fold of the of 'flesh'. Carved from hard Pyrmont Sandstone.

THE ARTIST: Michael Purdy is a multi-award winning Australian sculptor, living on the south coast of NSW.
