Help us Lift the Lid on Mental Illness this spring by walking with us!
Time: 9:30am for 10am start. Free sausage sizzle.
Where: Walcha Central School, along levee bank to centre of town (3km walk out, 3km walk back)
The walk is not a race, offering an all ages opportunity to contribute to mental health research as an organised "fun" walk.
