On Easter Sunday a terrific crowd relaxed in the grounds of Langford and enjoyed a wonderful outdoor opera performance of The Mikado.
The talented cast and orchestra delivered a hilarious and beautiful take on Gilbert and Sullivan’s classic.
Guests attending the pre-opera lunch in Langford were treated to a magical performance of opera favourites and also had the opportunity to chat to the performers.
Co-Opera was established in 1990 to provide opportunity for developing singers, and to provide communities with high quality, accessible and affordable opera performances.
“A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon of opera with amazingly talented singers and actors. We are so fortunate to have such a professional organisation bring opera to Walcha”. Angus Kirton, Walcha
